A Horse and Carriage: It may not be sleigh bells in the snow, but Harold Garrett does offer horse-and-carriage weddings. In May, Garrett received a call from a groom looking for a horse and carriage. He discovered that service had not been offered in this area since Hurricane Ivan. As a notary, Garrett has been active for years in officiating weddings and decided that this service would be a perfect match with his wedding officiation. The end result is that he now offers a choice of a white or black carriage and a beautiful Belgian horse to escort a bride and groom to and from wedding locations the the reception hall, with tours through the historic Pensacola Village.
